Last year, I participated in the Ghoulish Book Festival in San Antonio, an annual event hosted by publishers/retailers/cool cats Max and Lori Michelle Booth. I had so much fun, I jumped at the chance to participate again this year - even if my plans to have copies of THE CURSE OF THE WHERE WOLF ready to sell by March 2025 ended up being very unrealistic.
Join me in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday, March 14, and/or Saturday, March 15, for the Ghoulish Book Festival. The event is held in a creepy old building in downtown San Antonio (Hermann Sons Home Association Building—525 S. St. Marys, San Antonio, TX) and runs from 10 AM to 9 PM on Friday and then again from 10 AM to 11 PM on Saturday.
You can buy a badge and see the full programming line-up here, but here is a list of everything I’ll be doing at the festival throughout the weekend:
Friday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM - Selling copies of WHERE WOLF in the basement
Friday from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM - Participating in the Kaiju Panel on the third floor. Presumably, this panel will discuss all things kaiju. It will be embarrassing for me if it turns out to be about horticulture or something else.
Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM - Selling copies of WHERE WOLF in the basement
Saturday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM - Participating in a panel called “The Horror Collectors’ Guide to Collecting.” Knowing my current stance on collecting, this should be a fun panel.
Saturday from 8 PM to 8:30 PM - Doing a reading of something? What? Who knows? Even I don’t know.
Saturday from 10 PM to 11 PM - Participating in the Annual Ghoulish Book Festival Spooky Campfire Storyteller’s Horror Storytelling Contest™.
See you in San Antonio!
Oh, wait - are you not in San Antonio? It’s OK, I’ve got you covered too! WHERE WOLF’s physical publisher Encyclopocalypse Publications is doing a Spring sale and has discounted copies of the paperback, the variant paperback, and the hardcover editions of my graphic novel. You can buy your (discounted) copy here.
